   Here is the site: http://stockmarketchart.org/. If you scroll to the bottom and hit refresh you can see the footer graphic flash into existence very briefly, only to disappear.

   If I move the 'get_footer' call in the index.php up to the top under 'get_header', the footer image renders correctly, but it messes up the main content positioning.

   Please, if you have any suggestions or even just brainstormed potential fixes, let me know. It's driving me crazy!!
