Footer Help

Desperate for help: I want to have only “3” headings on Footer: News, list my pages (not all) and Email Contact (stays). Please help me make only 3 items in footer. website: physicianrevenuesolutions.com. Please also tell me how to post to “News” section and what to do with widgets. It’s a lot of info, but do not want to mess up. Thank you.
