Footer has flown to top of page
-
I created a new page, and the footer for some reason has flown to the top. I didn’t touch the page template php (and don’t want to) and the other page on my site with the full-width template is absolutely fine. I inspected the elements and yes the footer is above the post content but i don’t know how to change that without going into the fullwidth php (which i don’t want to because like i said, the other full-width page and all the other pages are fine.) What could have made the footer and social buttons just fly up like that?
This is my development site, but when i copied the code into my real site and published it as a private page, it did exactly the same thing (again, the other pages are fine). I tried adding clear:both to the footer part of the css and that didn’t work. Anybody able to enlighten me?

I created a new page
how?
normal in the dashboard under ‘pages’ ‘add new’?
or a template?
when i copied the code
what code exactly?
you can paste that code into a http://pastebin.com/ and post the link to it here so someone could check it.whatever you added as content is creating a lot of html validation errors: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.thebutterfliesareattacking.com%2Freleases-2&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0
each of these sections:
<td> <a href="http://neuroplas...."> <div class="container" style="text-align: left;"><img class="alignnone" style="margin-left: 5px; margin-right: 5px;" src="http://neuroplas...." alt="" width="200" height="256" /></div> <p></a></td>
would need to get re-coded into valid html;
example (untested):<td> <div class="container" style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://neuroplas...."> <img class="alignnone" style="margin-left: 5px; margin-right: 5px;" src="http://neuroplas...." alt="" width="200" height="256" /></a></div> </td>
