   Hi folks, I'm completely new to this, so please cut me some slack if I am going about this the wrong way. I'm also not certain which particular version of WP I am running. It was only just downloaded and installed a week ago.

   I am running ProPhoto4 and have customized the Elegant theme.

   I have what is hopefully a simple request....famous last words hey ;)

   The Comments section on my blog has a simple 1px border around it. I'd like my Footer to have the same, but can't find the option in the Customize area.

   Also, where can I choose what stuff goes into my footer area in general. I'm keen to remove the Blogroll and Meta sections and maybe change how the Search field works. I don't seem to be able to find the place(s) to make any of these changes.

   Nevermind about the second part regarding the customization of the content in the footer...found those options in the Widgets section.

   But would still like to add the 1px border to the Footer area.
