hi i am using red shadow theme and just updated but after updating it my editing at footer are lost and in new footer.php there are no such option like to add or remove something. What to do.

Go to Appearance/Editor in your admin panel and edit the Footer template.

Are you editing the right template? I see all of it there in the theme's footer template.
Make sure that you're editing the Footer template for the Red Shadow theme.
