Food ordering system

Hi All,
I’m looking for some advice on which template/plugin to use for my project and how to structure it. I may be missing something and I know that this early stage is crucial for a smooth development. Any advice would be hugely appreciated

My project: I need to make a food ordering system for an hospital. They have 13 different menus (1 for endoscopy, 1 for dialysis, 1 children ecc..)
The crucial point is the report: it will be printed by the kitchen staff for each shift and need to be easy to understand and process. It needs to be divided daily in “Breakfast shift”, “Lunch shift” and “Dinner shift”. The report needs to summarise the total of orders for a particular dish/item (eg. tomato pasta=37 total order for lunch shift) as well as display details for each order and which room is for (eg. 1 tomato pasta = patient in room 103) . Also it needs to attach some labels and special notes to each order for that dish (eg. room1=1 tomato pasta, Notes: Allergic to nuts, diabetic and on a low potassium diet; room2= ecc..).

I was thinking to use woocommerce and structure the whole thing this way:
– I create as many users (customers) as the hospital rooms (eg. room1@hospital.com, room2@hospital.com ecc..) so nurses can take the orders logging in with the corresponding room number and the report will display/treat rooms as customers
– I create 13 main categories (1 for each type of menu: endoscopy, dialysis ecc)
– I create 3 sub- categories for each main cat: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
– I create product attributes which will be attached to each room order and will be displayed as checkbox at checkout/order submission (attributes to be: eg diabetic, on a low potassium diet,ecc..)
– I will add a text field for each item in the basket for special notes (eg: tomato pasta =qty. 1 Note: no basil in tomato sauce ecc…)

My main question is what plugin/template can I use to display a detailed report for the above?
