   Let's face it good food is good food, no matter whats in it - or not in it.
   Vegan food is no different, especially since it doesn't have to mean tofu all the time. Food trucks, food shows, and foodie finds are all starting to subscribe to the veg movement and I want to help keep the ball rolling and the veg growing through my writing.
   Oh - and through my adventures. Recipes and stories will regularly update my blog which I want to be interactive.
   Lets discuss concerns, issues, or success stories about the vegan/vegetarian movement.
   Lets get some veg.
