Font sizes across my pages on tablet/phone

Hi,

I’m having a weird problem.

My wordpress website views properly on my PC (Windows 7 Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox), but when I view it on my Nexus 7 or my Nexus 4, the font sizes are inconsistent.

I have checked using the “Inspect Element” part of Chrome and all the elements across the different pages all specify the same font size in px.

As an example please view:

http://www.geenyous.com/ <—(Large font)

I wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction as to standardise my font sizes across the pages.
