    Howdy all, sorry if this has been asked elsewhere, but I'm just wondering: is there a way of differentiating font sizes between the page title and the title of the top post on the main page? Also, can the 'top post' be shown as an excerpt, rather than a full text?

    (For reference, I'm working on v-stimac.com) Thanks!

    You could try targetting post titles on the homepage like this:

    .home .entry-title {
      font-size: 30px;
    }

    And page titles like this:

    .page .entry-title {
      font-size: 50px;
    }

    You can adjust the sizes to whatever you like.

    Is that what you mean?

    Don't edit the theme files directly, otherwise your changes will be overwritten when the theme is updated.

    An easy way to add custom CSS is to install the Jetpack plugin and activate the Custom CSS module. You'll then add your custom CSS in the new stylesheet editor that'll appear in your dashboard, under Appearance > Edit CSS.

    As alternatives, you could either install a standalone custom CSS plugin, or create a child theme.

  3. Also, can the 'top post' be shown as an excerpt, rather than a full text?

    By "top post" do you mean the newest post on your front page?

    To do that you will need to set up a child theme, so you can go that route for this change, as well as the CSS tweaks above.

    Using a child theme means tweaks won't be overwritten when updating the theme. Here are some guides in case you haven't made one before:

    Once your child theme is set up, make a copy of the file content.php from the parent theme and place it in the child theme folder.

    On line 17, change this:

    the_content( __( 'Continue reading <span class="meta-nav">&rarr;</span>', 'bushwick' ) );

    to this:

    the_excerpt( __( 'Continue reading <span class="meta-nav">&rarr;</span>', 'bushwick' ) );
