font-family for field labels | WordPress.org

I tried styling the field input labels to a sans-serif to no effect. Is this an option?
I used font-family:Helvetica Neue, sans-serif, and “Helvetica Neue”, sans-serif, and neither worked. Any suggestions?

Edit the page or post where you inserted the shortcode, click the “text” tab and make sure the shortcode is not wrapped in any HTML tags such as <p>, <srong>, <code>, etc.
