    Hi,

    I have the theme running on http://sirconandoyle.com/ and you'll note that in the top right where I have the blue background with the words Follow, that there are no icons after this like in the screenshot included in the theme.

    Under theme options and social links I have added in one for Facebook and one for Twitter,

    The source of the page for that section is:

    <div class="sidebar-top group">
    <p>Follow:</p>
    </div>

    My guess would be that you've left the title, icon or link field empty. The theme won't show the buttons unless all three are filled in correctly.

    Ex:
    Title: Facebook
    Icon: fa-facebook
    Link: http://facebook.com

    I have these filled in:

    Title: Facebook
    Link: http://facebook.com/sirconandoyle
    Icon: fa-facebook

    I just tried adding Google Plus as well:
    Title: Google Plus
    Icon name: fa-google-plus
    URL: https://plus.google.com/+sirconandoyle

    Which theme version are you using?

    v1.3.4

    I checked the code in alx_social_links() but must confess, I'm not sure at which stage the function is breaking down.

    Try 2.1.0 from here. I just updated it to OptionTree 2.2.2.

    Should be fine, you can also do:

    How to upload it: You can do one of the following:

    1. Delete the current theme in admin panel, upload the new zip file via admin, activate it
    2. Delete the current theme folder via ftp and upload the new one
    3. Change the old theme folder name to eg. theme-old via FTP, then upload the new zip via admin

    Your admin panel settings will be saved, so you don’t have to worry about them. You may need to press save once in Theme Options for the settings to be re-added.

    (Please re-download 2.1.0 again, I just added another minor fix)

    Redownloaded and uploaded 2.1.0.

    I think I just realised that it might have also been Adblock Plus that was blocking out the code on my site which means it is pretty aggressive on this one!

    Thanks for the theme and the support. It's a really good one.

    For social links, you might also want to check.

    Thanks for the update - glad you found the solution there. Adblock/cookie-blocking addons is a thing that is easy to miss (I've done so myself).
