    Hi there,

I saw that the wordpress.com have this "follow button" on the bottom of their page.

Is there a plugin somewhere to download to use in a wordpress site?
    And if yes, which one?

    Thanks
    Sven

    Thank you very much.
I did install the plugin, but will not be able to use is.
My permalinks are set to default and I can't find a way to set permalinks of a single page.

but is looks like a great great plugin anyway. Thank you very much.

@sventje you can change the permalinks and it will not effect your blog
You can to do following :
    1. Add a new page
    2. Name the page "Subscribe"
    3. Press the S2 button (refer screenshot 3)
    4. Publish the page
    5. Edit the page (the page you have created in step 1&2)
    6. Below the Page Name there is a permalink and beside that there is a edit button just press it and edit the permalink to "subscribe"

Well about 70 other people have used this method and added this plugin
