   I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled Fluency admin on my local WordPress site several times, but does not load properly. The Fluency .css files loads but there is nothing in it.

   I am running WordPress locally on Windows Vista with Apache and PHP5. I tried the simple fix listed here (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/fluency-admin-under-windows-server?replies=2) but that didn't do the trick either.

   Any thoughts?
