floating/fixed header and sidebar?? (1 post)

    Hi.
    Is there a template which offers an option for a fixed or floating header and sidebar?? Preferably, also one where the header can be re-sized, if need be. Or can I choose a template, for example Twenty Eleven, and code these adjustments in? If so, where and how?
