ok I use the old tantan noodles flickr plugin all works until i try to insert a flickr photo into th post, this has to do with the 'new' media uploader .is there a way i can revert to the 3.4.2 uploader or no?

heres a short youtube of me encountering the issue http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKSbYb8Mmks&feature=youtu.be

put simply i think i need to go back to the old uploader or find another plugin that can link to my flickr account just like the TanTan Noodles flickr one

Make sure you are not using error_reporting(E_ALL). If you are please let us know and obviously let us know if this fixes anything.

Trying to determine how sever the issue is that I have found where error_reporting() is the cause. I suspect it could be related to Ajax in 3.5

There is no setting. This is a line of coded added by developers to display errors. It may not be the specific cause in your case but there still might be something causing a failure during Ajax processing.

Consider looking for a plugin that is HTML only. There must be a media manager plugin that does what WordPress does without JavaScript/jQuery/Ajax.
