   is it possible to create a website in WP with:

   - upload user's photo,
   - voting photo,
   - users personal public Page and Gallery
   - customization code for future upgrades

   Sure, Flickr has an API.

   Thanks NateJacobs, but I want something different from Flickr.
   What I want to do is a website where every user can upload photo and share it with others.
