   In the transfer of files to a new host, I have a header not showing. It is a featured image in the masthead.

   The new host support at Hostpapa says it is a psd file which apparently the web does not support. It was working perfectly with my old host.

   Flexxheade.psd

   Can you throw any light on this?

   Your new host is correct. PSD images are not suitable for web display.
