    Hello,

    I’m working locally and trying to place a flavicon in my blog using:
    <link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”jra_favicon.ico” type=image/x-icon”/>

    In what file exactly, should this code be placed (if correct) and in which directory should my .ico file live? I’m using the Digg 3 template.
