flat rate shipping not adding to order

    I purchased the shipping bundle add on so I could set 3 zones for shipping rates…Zones are set and all rates are set but the shipping cost is not being added to orders. If more info is needed please say so. I paid for this add on and feel I should not have to pay $25 for wp online store support. If anyone here can give a heads up that would be great.

    I work in the WP Online Store ticket system – we do offer free support to those who have purchased our plugins. Select ‘pre sale / purchased addons support’ when creating your ticket.
