Flags Widget

Hi everybody!

I am an absolute beginner with WordPress as well as building a website and therefore I need some help with a plug-in, called Flags Widget.

My problem with this widget, that I don’t know how to make them work on my homepage? I installed it, the flag icons appearing just fine on the website, but they don’t do anything. How can I make them to work?

I want my website bilingual (German and English) but it’s just doesn’t seems to work.
