flag-content | image empty/h3 is set but not displayed

Hey,

I have got a problem with the flag-content, the plugin set the h3-tag but not the Image.

The Code looks like that:
<div class=”flag-content”>
<div class=”thumbnail thumb-photo”></div>
<h3>I am a Title</h3>
</div>

What could be the problem ? Did i forgot something ?
