The problem is at Apple's end, nothing to do with WordPress or CformsII.

Safari Upload Enabling is disabled within Safari by Apple !????!
By the way, this particular workaround will only work with a jailbroken iPhone/iPad as the workaround itself runs through a downloadable Cydia tweak i.e. Safari Upload Enabler

Picup app works for Mobile Safari in iPhone/iPod/iPad. Picup is a free app available at iTunes. I have recently implemented it successfully even using jQuery Mobile Framework and it uploads the picture seamlessly and returns the control back to the form or the page you specify with the uploaded image information.
