   Right, sorry if this has been posted elsewhere!

   I am trying to make a popup audio/visual player (/player/index.html) launch from the menu bar with fixed window size (600px by 900px) and scrolling disabled.

   Is there any way this can be easily done?

   I'm using wordpress 3.05, and any help is deeply appreciated
