Fixed Header and Footer in the News theme.

I would like to set Fixed header and footer to this theme:
http://wp-themes.com/news/?TB_iframe=true&width=1453&height=674

I set the position fixed but it’s breaking the header and the footer doesn’t show at all. Any help please.
