Hi,
how do we go about to give our website a fixed height as far as the content is concerned and add scroll bar (if necessary/needed)?
In other words, the website would be a fixed rectangle that would never scroll in the browser, but instead, the content (wither it's the news page with the posts, or the about page with it's descriptive text...) would scroll within the website content section?
