I changed my font for part of this post (http://www.benjaminsolah.com/blog/?p=585) and it seems to first and last paragraph of the text in Garamond have different spacing to everyone else. How can I fix this?

I see several things that may be involved:
Different fonts have different spacing.
You have an unclosed/improperly nested font tag and other code errors that can mess up normal display.
You have depreciated code (like font tags) in your post and template. WordPress uses XHTML.

Look HERE also for the errors iridiax is mentioning. There are specific references to your fonts.
