[resolved] Fix permalink after a moving a wordpress site to directory or redirecting (1 post)

Recently moved a wordpress site under a new directory under a primary domain and the "wordpress" folder no longer shows up (even I'm still using it in a directory). Is there a way to bring it back so that my old links work again?

I don't know if it makes a difference, but here's the remap:

    BEFORE:
Root:oldprimary.com/wordpress and the URLs looked like oldprimary.com/wordpress/entry

    AFTER
    Root:newprimary.com/wordpress.com and URLS look like
    oldprimary.com/entry

Does that make sense? I'm ok with the "wordpress" showing up all of the time again, but when I sub it in for the "Blog Address (URI)" the links to the entries don't actually work because, I think, of the new primary domain (although it does "show up" the way I want it to). Is there a way to permalink it so that "wordpress" is always included in the structure? Or have a mass redirect?

Maybe I'm asking for the impossible, but thanks so much in advance! I do read the codexes about moving WP and try my best to figure it out first :)
