Fix Gap at top of Theme

I upgraded to the latest version of WordPress 3.1 today, and somehow in this process it created a gap at the top of my custom theme (the scroll graphics should bump right up at the top of the screen, but there is now a 20 pixel gap between the top of the frame and the start of the header. I can’t seem to find where this would be created. Any ideas?
