Looking for feedback in regard to the flow of this site, and what I might be able to do to make improvements. Also with respect to speed, does it appear to load quickly?

Well its already full of content!
Though the information is not for me but i am sure the target audience will not have any problem finding posts, pages, categories etc. You have provided all good options for easy discovering of content.
Beyond that i am not an expert, so can't advice more. Good luck with the site :)
