Hmmm,
I dunno… I only had issues with the first domain. It could be one of many reasons. Caching or even the shared host environment could be blames – It wasn’t too bad on my side (about 6 seconds to load)
The second domain too about 4 seconds
They took 5 and 11 seconds respectively to load on my PC the first time and 2 seconds after that.
Are you getting any info from elsewhere that this is slow, or is it something that you’re aware of?
Try to work through the issues noted here:
http://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.bizwin.co.uk/XMLVltus
and
http://gtmetrix.com/reports/pmbtraining.com.bizwin.co.uk/vsxu6A96
Note: Check your social plugin(s)…they seem to be taking a long time…you can add buttons for many services, but the scripts then all need to load…also each site has a slider…optimize the images, use fewer…
These markup errors may also be contributing to slowness:
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bizwin.co.uk%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0
and
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fpmbtraining.com.bizwin.co.uk%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0
Fixing those is important…especially any that are outright markup errors.

well today was the fasted times that they have loaded. Normally they take over 60 seconds to load.
its silly.
today bizwin took seconds and pmb took over 20 seconds.
then I tried another one http://www.forklifttraining1.co.uk and that took over 2 mins to load up.
and http://www.rpgarageservices.co.uk took about 3 seconds ish
Do you think its something to do with the hosting server ?
there is no pattern that i can see.

Its me thats aware of it. And I have tried them at different locations on different machines and still get issues ?
I was gonna try another hosting company server and see if the same happens ?

Can anyone give me and details ofa hosting company that would let me try their hosting out as a trial and if it works out ok then I will move with them.
Until you address all of the issues noted (at links provided), the user experience on the sites is not likely to perform better. Put up a default WordPress install…that is WP3.5.1, default theme, no plugins…test that to discover if it is host related.
