First site redirect, now social plugins hacked (6 posts)

On Monday 8/27, all links on my site (www.shoegnome.com) were redirecting to some bullshit Canadian drug website. A few hours later, things went back to normal, more or less.

HOWEVER... on many of my old posts, when you try to share them via any of the social media share buttons, the link shows text and images from the same canadian drug website. You can see this behavior on this link:

    http://www.shoegnome.com/2010/08/22/10-archicad-tips-from-pantera%E2%80%99s-rein venting-the-steel/

I can not see a pattern or what might have caused this. I am far from an expert, so I don't understand what's going on. Or how this could be happening. From my research this issue could be a hacked plug-in (was able to check and verify that's not the case), an outdated wordpress.org install (it's up-to-date and I've reinstalled it anyways), an issue with hosting, or...?

Anyone have any advice? I'm checking with Dreamhost to see if it's on their end. Very annoying.

Oh and I don't know if it is the social plugins that are the root. I was using Social Linkz, then uninstalled them. Now using Jetpack. Same thing happening (no change).

Thanks. I'll take a look. Definitely overwhelmed by all this. Any advice on finding a guide (person, not manual) or someone who fixes these issues professionally? Website security is something that intimidates me and I have no knowledge of.

Thanks. I think that's the route for me!
