   I have this little pet peeve with Mon. being the first day of the week on the calendar. How to I tell WP to make Sun. the first day of the week?

   Does changing it under Options --> General Blog Settings fix the problem? You can select the start of the week day there.

   I feel stupid. I looked all over the place for that including that location at least a couple times. I was using opera at home so may have run into an issue with stylesheets covering it up. With firebird I found it in no time.
   I should have waited to ask. Sorry and thank you for the response.

   opera does backend fine. u can trust it did not hide anything :|

   It makes a mess of CSS styled pages. I am using an old version so the newer one might do a better job. Either way, what I see when I go to a default page is trash and the backend is trash. Perhaps you are using a newer version. I don't upgrade often on that PC due to dial-up speeds and my wife doesn't like the new mail system (nor wants to change) so we stick with that.
