Yes. IE is calculating the width in a different way. You may need to reduce the image width. Why not try one and see ?

Nope, didn't work.
Update: Vesuvius has been updated today. Details are on the blog of a very minor one line coding change. That will fix a lot of problems.
I took that line out of the CSS before tweaking index.php. That solved a lot of problems but not this one unfortunately. If anyone wants to take a look at the CSS its at http://www.thetrenchcoat.com/wp-layout.css
Well the image in question is 342 px wide :)
That image is showing up fine in IE and I have the width down to 150.
It's the banner buttons that aren't showing up and the biggest one I think is 130.
Thanks for all your patience.
Are they being called by javascript ?
No.
If it helps I viewed the source of the page in IE and the "a href" tags show up but the "img src" tags don't.
My apologies Root. It was my firewall. I feel like such an idiot now.
Well I am glad its running smoothly. I never like to see a Vesuvius user in any kind of difficulty. :)
I like it and am replacing my own custom 3 column with this one.
I can’t figure out how to change the color of the left and right sides, well I would like to keep the right side color as it is, but the left side would be groovy if it could be changed.
Any ideas?
Thx! My unfinished site here, please help
(i offset the size of the right column box to get that box over effect which I like :))
The image:

Part of the css:
repeat-y left
I think you'll need to make another image in the colour you want, upload it to wp-images and call it bg2.gif
Then change the image calls to bg1.gif that also involve any 'repeat-y left' (which means repeat it vertically only on the left) into calls to bg2.gif
I've not used that css, but the principle is sound.
groovy ill try, but which lines in the css there are more than one that have the repeat-y left
lol that sounded dumb
I renamed it but didnt upload and image so it just went white or transparent. I tweek the template as to get the header image full width while still allowing the 3rd column to come up to the top. If you increase the size of that 3rd div css and adjust the middle accordingly it works. http://www.ctfzone.net/zone/wp-layout1.css
