    Hi Candace,

    The plugin relies completely on the styling of your theme. My screenshot is using the Streamline theme from StudioPress. For your particular theme, that’s how the designer intended for it to look.

    Customization is beyond what I’m able to support for the free plugin, but can be done through changing the CSS.

    Here is the CSS that builds Streamline’s enews box: http://pastebin.com/PBVY7RqH

    You can add this at the end of your theme’s style.css file or use the Jetpack plugin’s Custom CSS tool. It may not work perfectly, so the CSS may need to be tweaked. Again, though, it’s outside the level of support I can provide. The StudioPress forums are helpful at times though for pointing you in the right direction for CSS mods.
