Finicky and not working the way I expected

I have found this plugin to be a bit finicky. One moment it is working, the next the referral category name is now outputting the website title instead. I have found the support forum to be unhelpful too. Also, if a user navigates to single.php from any page that isn’t a category, the prev/next navigation doesn’t show at all. So promising, yet frustrating!
