Finding theme that matches want list.

I read and hear so much that choosing a theme means knowing what you want. So http://tinyurl.com/themewantlist has exactly what I would like for a responsive theme (RT) and website; what is in an RT or it is capable of doing.

So far I am starting and finding ones in https://wordpress.org/themes/tags/responsive-layout that have some but not enough of the RT want list like Catch Kathmandu, Empo, Exclusive, Starpoint, Itransform, Planc, Tycoon. Too many changes, modifications, revamping or recoding would apparently be needed.

I would rather minimize or not have to change, change codes, modify, or revamp the theme to make it fit. Time and compensation can be spent instead on creating and making a neat, professional, high quality, eye catching site.

So I would like to find the responsive theme(s)—free or premium that fit or are the closest match to the RT want list in http://tinyurl.com/themewantlist. Any ideas or suggestions are welcomed and appreciated. I find understanding and comparing themes to be overwhelming and daunting, especially since it’s only the second time needing a theme.
