Finding my postings on the forums (2 posts)

    Hello all,
This really isn't about using wordpress but it is about using the forum here. I thought I'd try putting into the tags some information that would help me find my latest postings here. So, I used my name, and some tags about the posting I was making. That didn't work.
I did this just minutes ago.
A search on my name turned up old posts but not my most recent posting. Is there not a way to come to the forums here and find each and every posting that one makes and see if there are responses? Is there not a way to get an email update?
I come back a day later, and scroll through the list of postings under a certain category on the support forums... and sometimes I never see the posting I made. I know where I posted, I mean under which forum or forum category, if that's the right word. So, what happens to these 50% or so of the postings I make on this forum? It would help if I immediately got a message that there was something that went wrong when I tried to post here. That way I could check and see what happened, instead of thinking my posting was posted only to find it just never made it for others to see.
    Thanks,
    Bruce

All of your posts on the forums can be found via your profile.
