   wordpress.org distributes and documents the WordPress application but has no connection with any site running that software. So there is no blog search available on wordpress.org. Nor can you search for another blog from within your self-hosted WordPress site. There's simply no direct connection between all of the blogs.

   You could search on google for 'powered by WordPress'
