Finding and editing BBPress template files with BuddyPress (6 posts)

I have a multisite install, with BuddyPress and BBPress, global forums. Where can I find and edit the BBPress theme that's being used? Where is that defined?

I'm trying to figure out how to modify some of the text in the forums (maybe through the BBPress language file?) , and ran across BBPress themes in the process. I created a .mo file from the file /plugins/bbpress/bbp-languages/bbpress.pot, though I'm not sure how to make it register. Any ideas?

    Thanks for any leads. :)

  2. I don't believe BuddyPress is yet using the bbPress plugin. This would be something to ask on buddypress.org - the dedicated support forum for BuddyPress.

They are for global forums in 1.5... though I haven't found much information on it. I tried posting on buddypress.org but wasn't able to, technical difficulties... thanks for the idea though, I may try again later. :)

  4. Well editing bbPress depends on which version, which is why I hesitate.

bbPress 1.x has it's own theme folder.

Hmm, cool - I'm running bbpress 2.0.2. How do you tell which is the active theme?

    bbPress 2.0+ http://bbpress.org/forums/topic/bbpress-20-theme-compatibility
But you might want to wait for bbPress 2.1 before customizing since there are some changes to the forums structure

    technical difficulties posting topic

Could you be more specific so it could be addressed?
