I can't find the version of wordpress I'm using in the "right now" section like I used to be able to.

Anyways, I amusing the Yoko Theme and would like to edit the CSS code. How do I edit CSS code? I am new to wordpress (used to use blogger-where it was really simple).

I viewed the source code of the main blog page, but it won't allow me to edit the code.

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks!

the version of WP is in the bottom right corner of the screen if you scroll down, but it should also be in the 'right now'

The css code (and html/php) can be edited from the theme editor, in appearance -> editor manu from the admin panel

If you plan to do more than a little css tweaking though, it may be best to download the theme files using ftp, make the changes, and reupload - to avoid crashing your site

Just to verify - are you using wordpress.ORG software, installed on a hosting server, or wordpress.COM (wordpress hosted) site? .COM you can't edit the css (without buying an upgrade I think), and I don't believe you can edit the templates (php/html) at all....
