I'm making a basic website. On this website, there are two specific senior editors. Everyone else is a regular author. I would like to have the homepage list all senior editor posts on one side SEPARATE from the rest of the regular authors' posts on the other side.

Alternatively, and perhaps more easily, I would like the main home page to only display posts from the two senior editors. All the other posts can be found by going to another page on the menu bar.

One idea I had towards accomplishing this was to have a certain category "senior editor" but make it selectable ONLY by the two specific users (a white list). Or we could have a category called "regular authors" and make it REQUIRED for the regular authors. I can then make the homepage be just the senior editor category and the second page be the regular author category. But I cannot find any plugins that make specific categories mandatory for SPECIFIC users.

    Anybody have any ideas?
