Fill in form and post with Android app

I am BRAND NEW at this and I have been using postie to make new posts but I am trying to upgrade. I recently starting messing with a new theme and am currently using OpenHouse Real Estate Theme 1.0 by Gorilla Themes.

I have drivers in the field who input data (was having them send email and using postie), I would like to make it easier for them by using the mobile app. Here is what I want to do… Have them input data using the mobile app. The mobile app will ask them a set of questions. Is the houses vacant or occupied? Is the community graded an A,B,C,D or F. Is the interior graded an A,B,C,D,or F? Is the power on or off? I want it to be super easy for them to input this. Then attach pictures. And I want it all to be filtered into a form that all properties will use. The post or listing I want to look like this.
