Long question and the answer may not be as simple as I hope!

I have created a site using Dreamweaver. I know to put this online, I need to ftp it up to a server (WP).

I also have a WP site where I have built a splash screen that I would like to make the 'entry' page to link to the pages I've built in DW.

So when someone went to the web address they'd see the splash screen, click and be in the 'web pages' I've designed using Dreamweaver.

I may either be over simplifying or not saying it right because what I want to do because I can't find directions on anywhere on WP.

I think my question is...how to just upload html pages up to be part of the WP site from my DW pages saved on my computer?

    Thanks!

Dreamweaver is a WYSIWYG fancy text editor that produces html files. WordPress is a PHP CMS that stores your content in a database.

It is not usually a trivial thing to 'just import' one into the other, especially without some third party application/plugin. The two could technically live side by side, but I doubt many would advise it.
