   My wordpress site seems has been attacked. Strangely only certain files like wp-config, wp-header , .htacess are deleted from the FTP. Strangely even the logs do not show the deletion. It is as if someone is physically deleting the files from the server. We have changed the FTP pwd every hr but to no avail. Just updated the wp version to the latest but still the issue remains. Advise pls.

   @Vids Contact your host as a matter of urgency, it is unlikey to be WP causing the problem.

   @Vids - that is quite concerning, have you got a lot of plugins running? I would disable these if you are concerned about this.

   wp-blog-header.php was just deleted. Again. FTP logs show nothing.

   @Vids Have you deactivated all your Plugins?
   Maybe you could paste a list of your current plugins on here so we can check them out..

   @Vids, you could have malicious script hidden anywhere on your site. You can try to find and eradicate it/them but the only sure way is a complete wipe and clean install and restore from clean backups. See FAQ My site was hacked

   Unfortunately @bcworkz advice may be the only option is this keeps continuing..

   time to update and change your password on you C panel & your FTP
