filer is_page() not working right

    So, I’m trying to use my functions.php to drop in a jQuery tabbed-style contact form, where there are three different forms that are user selectable. Everything about the code works, except I can’t get it to only show on my contact page. The form stuff shows up fine on the contact page, but every other page has it’s the_content filtered out. Here’s my code:
