Any chance that we get an option “change filename on upload”? I would love to automatically have all pictures uploaded in a post renamed %posttitle%1.jpg %posttitle%2.jpg…etc…

No. For a couple reasons:
1. It is way outside the scope of this plugin.

2. There are already plugins that do this. Here’s an example:
