Having the options to set file size limits for members upload folder so they can be controled .
Or maybe if later one wanted to add file uploads for say paid members were nonmembers would not have that option.

I am trying to upload some pictures, I have changed the permissions in 'upload.php'. I now get this error, even though I have changed permisions back.
'A file permissions error has occurred. Please check the permissions on the script and the directory it is in and try again'
Ken
I have changed permissions back to 644 and now get the message below
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/sites/kendixon.net/public_html/findias/wp-admin/upload.php on line 206
Any ideas on how to solve the problem
Ken
Have you actually altered any code in the file 'upload.php' ?
That shouldn't need touching at all.
Try this and let us know what occurs ?
