• Hi, I’m loving this plugin its so pretty and I don’t want to go back to my old one but I’m having some issues with the file upload.

    1. The submit button doesn’t change from loading although it does seem to send the files.
    2. The files do show up in my ftp in the directory I specified but the file names have been changed for some reason. When I view the form in wordpress I see the original file name.
    3. Also, when I view in wordpress underneath “information” I get this error:
Warning: Wrong parameter count for round() in (my full dir)/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/guiform/class/class-api.php on line 514

Note: I have changed the file max upload size in the form and in my php.ini file.

The form with no file upload works quick and perfectly, so I’m thinking the bug must be somewhere in the file upload code.

    my form is here: http://diamondgracephotography.com/order/

I am comfortable with the plugin editor so feel free to send me code to put in/fix. Thanks!

Also, can this be set to notify me via email of new submissions?
