file search on front end?

    Hi all,

    I’d like to have a front end search that searches the uploads folder of wordpress for any relevant file (specifically PDFs), then displays the results in a list.

    I’ve installed the awesome WP-Filebase plugin which has a backend file search, but would like this duplicated on just a normal page.

    Any help?! Cheers!

    Is there a tag that could be added to the shortcode that could filter results by words in the title only?

    Something like – [wpfilebase tag=filetitle id=john]
