File permissions changed, Post can be seen by visitors

Recently I ve installed wp-security, so I did most of the security options ON, then I felt it isn’t necessary, so I turned them off and disabled the plugin too. Then I can only able submit new posts for review and not publish it, also only i can be able to see posts and not general visitors. Pls Help me!
